ABOUT TenX & Company
Andy Pense, born and raised in the Treasure Valley and a 5th generation Idaho native, prides himself on staying true to his roots. Seeing the change and the growth in the Treasure Valley inspired him to create TenX as a way to be apart of the growth while upholding Idaho’s charm. After 7 years of working in the oil and gas industry, where he developed hard work and grit, he left the oilfield and started at ESI where he went from a carpenter to a superintendent in just a short time. This is where he developed his knowledge for construction management, safety, designing, and building. After overseeing construction at the Boise Fine Arts building, it sparked his passion for unique builds and led him to create TenX.
